My name is Jordan-Leigh Frank. I am 33 years old, married for almost 7 years and we have three beautiful children aged 5 years and younger. I work part-time, lead the middle and high school in my church with my husband, and I'm about to begin the homeschooling journey. Life is wild right now. My family is my world.

I was always active. When I grew up I did sports, mainly tennis and soccer. In college I was on a dance team for two years and I was cross country for a year. Going to the gym was an integral part of my routine until I got married and started having babies. After this part of our life started, I had to train at home using apps and YouTube videos. Sometimes you do what you have to do, but it's just not the same as working with the community. Community fitness contributes to accountability and above all FUN!

My children are really wonderful, but it was mentally and physically demanding to have them so close. It is absolutely a full-time job that starts very early in the morning and ends just before bed. Our eldest has special needs, which in itself is a wonderful challenge. I had trouble finding something just for myself, an outlet that gave me a mental break, lifted me up and encouraged me at the same time. A month or two ago I found something that sparked a spark and started my journey to where I am now.

I have younger siblings who are much more "hip" than I am in pretty much all areas, but especially with technology. My sister raved about the TikTok app, which I quickly wiped off. Finally, however, I became curious. I downloaded the app to see what all the fuss was about and was quickly intrigued. There were so many great Christian dances out there! I quickly started to "duet" her and found that my smile grew with everyone. I really enjoyed doing these dances with my brothers and sisters! I started posting them on my Instagram and Facebook pages and noticed that people kept commenting on how much they liked the videos and how happy I looked in them. One day I posted one and asked someone to start a Christian dance fitness class in our little town. Many people thought I should be that someone. Ask and you get, right? My community was very interested and excited about the idea! I was shocked! I was the captain of a dance team and I thought, why not? Why not me? I prayed about it and felt the Lord lead me and lead me forward.

Jordan-Leigh FrankI started looking for dance fitness certifications and finally came across Shazzy Fitness. Something just clicked for me. I had been looking for other options and for many reasons they were never the right choice. I felt that the music, dances and / or missions were not right. You have not glorified the Lord. I finally found Shazzy Fitness and felt how God made me say "yes". I made a leap of trust and here I am! With every step towards certification, I believe that this is the right direction. God opens the door and makes a way. I realized a long time ago that I don't have to see the end to move forward, I just have to take the next step and trust it.

I am very happy to bring my community together with everything that Shazzy Fitness has to offer! I know that it will be a blessing not only for myself, but for everyone who becomes part of it.

God is so good and I am so thankful!

We will be happy to hear your thoughts
