Why 2020 would be the yr of change by the Inspirational Staff at Shazzy Health
With God's help we are always able to change. We can conquer our mountains, whatever those mountains may be. For some, changing a habit, sticking to a fitness goal, overcoming financial challenges, or recovering from or resolving a health problem may be. All mountains are individual, but God is available to everyone. He takes care of every detail of our life and is interested in it. Our God, who always counts the hair on our heads, constantly gives us his loving attention.
When we ask for it, God helps us identify areas where change is needed and offers us solutions. Once we have identified a solution, we can make a positive change. There are certain solutions that God has assigned to everyone. The first is time with him. Spending time in His Word and speaking to Him brings His presence, His peace and inner strength to survive the day. Another is fitness. He designed our body to respond well to exercise. When we dance and praise Him, we receive the double blessing of inner spiritual strength and physical strength. After that we carry his peace with us and good endorphins float happily to the brain and give us a healthy, natural and positive well-being.
There are always circumstances beyond our hands that we must pray about and wait for God. At the same time, there are things we can do to achieve our desired changes. Faith is accompanied by actions. So if we pray for a change and wait for it, we can ask God to show us what the little little steps are to achieve the expected change. Then we take these little steps.
Sometimes changes happen that we didn't expect or hope for, and it can take some time for us to go through this journey. We may not understand it and may feel deeply disappointed, but God is carrying us through these difficult times. It is a time to take all the good he has given us in our lives and to be grateful to them when we go through the difficult time with him. Realizing what is important and not allowing ourselves to be influenced by worldly thinking can be a great key to master difficult times of change.
Others might expect us to know what our plans for the future are. However, if we don't know everything the future holds, this can be a good thing. This means that we can be creative, explore options and enjoy the freedom of not knowing. If we trust God for our future, we don't need to know everything that lies ahead. We can just enjoy today and continue to focus on our relationship with him. Let us continue to take these small steps as we hold our trustworthy hand from Father God and we will see good changes happen. Be encouraged, good things are always ahead when we walk with our God.
