The Neighborly Factor by Wanda Brunstetter
The Neighborly Thing by Wanda Brunstetter is a charming contemporary Christian novel and part of the A Heart Warming Romance Collection. It is the second book in the Washington series.
There is an atmosphere of love and care throughout the novel. One of the figures repairs dolls to make a living. This reminds the reader that God will bend over and heal us if we are broken and hurt if we let him.
Some people who go to church misrepresent God. They are like the Pharisees who were often viewed as religious, but private behavior was different. Going to church will not make you a Christian. It is a relationship with God that is important.
The past was painful. Others have not always been honest in situations. The truth must come to light, it hurts and forgiveness must be given.
God is the god of second chance and new beginning. He loves to transform our old life into something new.
I really loved The Neighborly Thing. It made me smile and filled me with hope as love and care shone outwards.
I got this book for free. A positive rating was not required and all views expressed are my own.
