Is it just me or have I just made simple vegetarian side dish recipes?

It doesn't make sense … of course it's just me, it's my blog lol.

But it is true. We had roasted cauliflower air fryer. Fried potatoes with air fryer and sweet potato fries with air fryer, all super simple side dishes for the mouth that needs vegetables, and now we have this simple pan.

Simple but so damn good, oh my god.

It's like a fancier asparagus recipe in the sense that it's fried, nicely sliced, and tastes of citrus!

Can you put asparagus in stir fry?

I am a fan of pan dishes. It's a quick and easy midweek meal that is always a winner in my books! You can dress it up or dress it up and either way you know it will please you. I like to cook something Easy Paleo Cashew Chicken Stir Fry or Fry Easy Low Carb Keto Stir because I know it will be delicious, nutritious and simple! Another point that should be added to the list of why I love french fries is that you can mix it up and get creative with them. Now I know what you think: at Asparagus Pan Dishes Recipe? That's funny! But trust me in this case – you'll love this new version of wok!

Asparagus stir fry ingredients

Now that I've piqued your interest, I'm going to show you what you need to get from the grocery to prepare this delicious pan-fried recipe. It uses healthy, healthy ingredients with a little tang! Listen:

  • asparagus
  • olive oil
  • Fresh garlic, chopped
  • Fresh ginger, chopped
  • Orange juice (not from concentrate)
  • sesame oil
  • salt

How to fry asparagus to stir

If you are familiar with asparagus, you probably know that you need to cut off the wood ends before you cook it. Therefore Fry the asparagusit is no different You should make sure that you snap or cut the stem ends. To then cut them into slices, I recommend cutting them diagonally into pieces. Make sure to cut evenly sized pieces so that the asparagus cooks evenly in the pan!

How to stir fry

Now that we're done with our ingredients, we're ready to cook! MMM, I'm already hungry!


Loosen the stalked ends of each asparagus piece and then cut them all diagonally into pieces.


Put the olive oil in a large pan and heat to medium to high heat. Add the asparagus and cook until tender. This should take about 4-5 minutes. Make sure to stir frequently while the vegetables are cooking.


Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute or until it smells. Add the orange juice and simmer for 1 minute or until evaporated.

Finish it

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sesame oil and salt. Serve it and DISCOVER!

What serve this

Stir fry is delicious on its own, but if you want to spice it up and make it into a meal, I recommend serving this asparagus recipe with hot, cooked rice. You can use regular white or brown jasmine or basmati rice, or if you want to make this meal a low-carb version, I recommend preparing some cauliflower rice! Fry the asparagus

This bright and aromatic asparagus pan dish uses simple, healthy ingredients and is quick, easy, healthy AND delicious!


  • 1 3/4 lb asparagus (2 small grapes)
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 TL Fresh garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 TL Fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Orange juice (not from concentrate)
  • 1/4 TL sesame oil
  • 1/8 TL salt


  1. Break the asparagus to remove the stalked parts and cut the asparagus diagonally into thin slices

  2. Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized pan over medium heat. Add the asparagus and cook, stirring frequently, for 4-5 minutes until the fork is soft.

  3. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute. Then add the orange juice and simmer for 1 minute or until evaporated.

  4. Remove from the heat and stir in the sesame oil and salt.
