A priest from NEW YORK described the transformation of the “city that never sleeps” into a ghost town, the streets of which are largely empty except for the homeless.
Canon Carl Turner is the rector of St. Thomas in central Manhattan, two blocks from Central Park and near Times Square. He reports that "the lights are still on, but nobody can see them".
