For a girl who always claims to hate mango, I make a lot of mango foods: mango curry steak, Thai mango avocado salad, and even a mango avocado smoothie.
I should probably say I hate mango, right? I think I hated to hate it as a kid, but then I grew up.

I love a good frozen dessert! Almond delight coconut ice cream bar and gluten-free peach cobbler ice cream are among my favorite desserts to share! If you hear "frozen yogurt", you are probably assuming that it is healthier than regular ice cream. In many cases this is true! Frozen yogurt has fewer calories than ice cream and can also contain the good fats from Greek yogurt and probiotics that come with using a probiotic yogurt. The key is to find a frozen yogurt that doesn't contain much processed sugar! Some ice cream and frozen yogurt recipes require one, but did you know that THIS yogurt dessert only requires a food processor? Yes, that's right – no ice machine is required, which makes this recipe a super easy one!
How to make Mango Frozen Yogurt

Put all the ingredients in a powerful food processor. Process until very smooth and creamy. You'll probably have to stop a few times to scrape the sides off so that everything is well combined!
Devour
If you like frozen yoghurt with a soft whipped cream, feel free to serve it and enjoy it right away! If you prefer it a little firmer, put it in a container in the freezer until it hardens a bit. You may need to leave it at room temperature when it is completely frozen before scooping and serving.
Can I use other fruits?
Frozen mango recipes must be some of my favorites! They are so creamy and cool with a sweet taste that you have to die for! If you don't have mangoes on hand or just want to test another type of frozen fruit with this recipe, feel free. I haven't tried any other fruit yet, but I would recommend measuring the weight less than the cup for the cup!

Frozen yogurt stays in the freezer for up to a month! To prevent the freezer from burning, make sure you keep it in the right place. Simply place the processed yogurt in a freezer-proof container and cover it with an airtight lid. Put the container in the freezer and pull it out to enjoy it whenever you want!
