I fell in love with this cocktail for the first time when I had it in this AMAZING bar called "Canon" here in Seattle.

They served it in a small glass bee-shaped cup and it was the best ever. So of course I came home and tried to make it.

I was even happier when I realized it was just 3 simple ingredients and one of them is the simple honey syrup we just made!

If you want to stop your summer sip of the usual tropical white moscato sangria or coconut blueberry mojito, I strongly recommend sipping one!
