Be grateful and your well-being. Gratitude wires your mind.
There are many, many verses in the Bible that instruct us to be thankful and express our gratitude. I will only list some of them here:
"Give Thank you very much under all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. “1 Thessalonians 5:18
"Give Thank you very much always and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. “Ephesians 5:20
"Enter his gates with Thanksgivingand his dishes with praise! Thank him; bless his name! "Psalm 100: 4
"Oh, give Thank you very much to the Mrbecause he is good, because his steadfast love lasts forever! “Psalm 107: 1
“Because everything that was created by God is good and nothing can be rejected if it is received Thanksgiving. ”Timothy 4: 4
God created humanity so that when we have an attitude of gratitude, we benefit mentally, emotionally, and even physically.
And scientific research continuously discovers and documents this connection between the principles of Christian belief and our well-being. Science shows that gratitude activates the hypothalamus in the brain, with subsequent effects on metabolism, stress, and various behaviors that affect and affect health.
So if our attitudes, actions, and speeches are consistent with the principles and instructions in the Bible, a by-product is that it promotes well-being.
I pray that you have a "thankful" heart and "thank" all year round … not just this time of year!
And Happy Thanksgiving!
