Sometimes I try to disguise really healthy things as not so healthy things for the Hubster to eat. You know I do this because we ate strange things like paleo breakfast avocado cookies and buffalo chicken dip with cauliflower.
And that's exactly what I did with this salad (and I could add with great success). I just had to tell him that it contained steak, cheese, and fried items, and he was happy to eat it even though he had salad.
I just didn't tell him that these "things" are really just vegetables, that the "fried" part is really just a little heart-healthy olive oil
This is a salad that he really enjoys. If you remember, I told you that he is generally not enthusiastic about eating meals where the ingredients are 90% earth. He prefers to eat coffee grated steak, keto steak or garlic steak and potato foil packets.

BUT it is difficult for me to put together a salad that makes my husband as excited as I am! Well, let me tell you that delicious balsamic steak salad will get your husband's attention because Mr. FFF was such a fan! I am always looking for new salad recipes. As I mentioned earlier, salads can get boring if they're the same every time. I say let's make salads fun again, and this Steak Salad Recipes Balsamic Vinaigrette is sure to do just that! Here's what you need to prepare this salad for dinner tonight:
- Sir Lende or New York Strip Loin
- Head of romaine lettuce
- Red pepper, chopped
- Roma tomato, chopped
- Red onion, chopped
- olive oil

- Low-fat or fat-free feta cheese
- Original Mrs. Dash Wodium with low sodium content

- Red wine vinegar
- Brown sugar

How to make balsamic steak salad
Now that you're drooling and your stomach growls like crazy, let's get started Balsamic steak salad recipe!
Put your grill on high heat and let it heat up. In the meantime, mix the 3 ingredients for the dressing with a whisk and set aside.
Add your steak to your grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, depending on how rare or well done you prefer your steak to be.
While the steak is cooking, roughly chop the red pepper, Roma tomato and red onion.
Put the oil in a pan and set the heat to medium high. Add the chopped vegetables, garlic, Mrs. Dash, and a pinch of salt and fry for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
Once the steak is ready, take it off the grill and cover it with aluminum foil so it can rest.
Spread the romaine lettuce and feta cheese on the plates. Spread the sautéed vegetables evenly over the salad. Cut the steak into thin slices and spread them on the plates. Drizzle the dressing over it. Devour!
How to shift it up
If you love the sound of this incredible salad but don't have a steak on hand, you can replace chicken entirely! Just grill your chicken and put it in the salad instead of the steak! If you want to submit another type of cheese, give it a try and get creative! Small slices of provolone or grated mozzarella cheese go perfectly with the steak!

- 8th Oz Top Sirloin Beef, Trimmed extra fat
- 1/2 Head of romaine lettuce (or spinach)
- 1 Red pepper, Cut thin
- 1 Roma tomato chopped
- 1/2 A little red onion Sliced
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 Cup Feta cheese
- A pinch of sea salt
For the dressing
- 2nd tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2nd TL Red wine vinegar
- 1/2 TL Coconut sugar
Preheat your grill to high.
While the grill is preheating, mix the ingredients for the dressing and set aside.
Grill your steak for about 2-3 minutes per side, depending on how you cooked it. I take my steak off the grill when an immediately readable thermometer shows 130 ° F for medium rare.
While your steak is cooking, put the oil in a medium-sized pan and heat it over medium / high.
Add the chopped vegetables, garlic and a pinch of salt.
Your steak will likely be ready or close by this time. Take it off the grill and cover it with aluminum foil so that it rests.
Spread the romaine lettuce and feta evenly on two plates.
Spread the sautéed vegetables evenly over the salad.
Cover your steak and cut it thinly against the grain. Divide again on the 2 plates.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and DEVOUR!
