Eggs are a good breakfast in my house. They're simple, there's only one ingredient I ALWAYS have on hand, and they're full of protein. They keep you full, energize, and taste great – there are so many ways to prepare, cook, and enjoy eggs so they don't get old or boring!
Some of my FAVE ways of eating them are scrambled cod eggs, zucchini noodles with fried pesto eggs, and Mexican stuffed yams with eggs for a fun Mexican twist! Today I'm going to show you how to make hard-boiled eggs in an air fryer, which I do all the time. Here's how:
Place your eggs in the mesh basket of your air fryer. Arrange them so that they all have enough space and are not touching. You can make the eggs in two batches if they are less crowded.
Let the eggs cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then turn off the air fryer and let the eggs stand for 10 minutes. Remember, I have only tested MY air fryer, so your timing may be different and you may need to do a minute or two less or more to get your eggs to the perfect hard-boiled texture.
Transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold water to cool for about 10 minutes.
After cooling, take the eggs out of the water, dry them, peel and REMOVE!
